Tiffany (she/her/hers) is working towards a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University. She is dedicated to eradicating mental health stigma and disparities through providing quality, welcoming, and accessible care. Tiffany practices from a person-centered narrative approach and believes that all clients have the power to re-author their stories. For this reason, she prioritizes what clients bring to the room — their experiences, culture, interpersonal systems, community, and strengths — and values an egalitarian counseling relationship. She believes that all clients have the inner strength to grow but sometimes get “stuck” in prior narratives that no longer serve them. Tiffany works to help her clients challenge these narratives and re-write ones that align with their values and showcase their strengths so that they may live more authentically. She aims to provide a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their lives with a sense of curiosity and self-compassion.
