Rachel Arner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S). She earned her Bachelors in Social Work at Park University before earning a Masters in Social Work at University of Kansas. Rachel has a passion working with children and adolescents. Rachel uses a strengths-based approach, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused techniques in her therapy process. Her experience working as a trauma-informed therapist for over 8 years in Kansas, Missouri, and Texas has allowed her to help clients and families in understanding and healing of mental health. Rachel specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, social problems, self-esteem struggles, and trafficking abuse history.
