Nicole is a licensed social worker who specializes in helping her clients overcome trauma—whether it was recent or in childhood—so they can once again live meaningful and joy-filled lives.
Nicole is a graduate of Texas State University where she received her Master of Social Work degree. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which focuses on desensitizing and reprocessing traumatic memories. In addition to trauma treatment, Nicole serves individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, perinatal mood disorders, social problems, and women’s issues. Nicole emphasizes a relaxed and safe environment and uses strengths-based and person-centered approaches.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, listening to audiobooks, watching movies, and walking her dog, Rocky.
