Lydia Royer, LCSW
Lydia is a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in cultural competence. Lydia has been providing therapy for children, families and adults for two years. Additionally, Lydia also has experience working with children in special education in the school system and leading groups for teens and adults in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Lydia focuses on anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges in children, ADHD, and trauma. Lydia also provides counseling on religious and spiritual issues. Lydia uses play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients heal and feel better. Lydia is passionate about empowering and working with underserved populations. Lydia strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space in therapy that is also encouraging, supportive and empathetic. In her free time, Lydia enjoys cooking, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family. Lydia looks forward to hearing from you and working with you and your family in therapy!
