Kasey Jackson, LCSW-S
School-Based Clinical Therapist

Kasey is a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor (LCSW-S) with more than 15 years of experience working in the child welfare field. She studied criminal justice at Michigan State University and then went on to earn her master’s degree in social work at the University of Texas – Austin. For the last ten years, Kasey has been working with children and families who have experienced trauma. Certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, she recognizes the importance of a warm, genuine, safe relationship and an individualized treatment plan based on a client’s needs. She is collaborative and strengths-based. When working with children, Kasey believes it is essential to engage and empower parents and other important systems in a child’s life. She knows how much more progress can be made when a child has a whole team behind them. She has a passion for working with clients who have had adverse experiences and believes that we are all capable of thriving with the right relational support. In her free time, Kasey enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with her family and friends, and exploring all the family-friendly venues Austin and the Hill Country have to offer.
