Jennifer Nolan, LPC
Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years experience passionately serving children, adolescents, adults and families in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Jennifer’s focus includes trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and adjustment to life transitions. Jennifer integrates individually designed approaches to optimize the life and work of her clients. Her counseling draws from a combination of treatment modalities, including solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), system theory and mindfulness techniques. Jennifer’s approach to counseling is guided by collaboratively working with clients to feel empowered and gain insight into their strengths to facilitate a greater fulfillment within various aspects of their lives. She aims to provide a safe and supportive environment to promote validation and healing. Jennifer is a proud mother of a teenager and in her free time enjoys listening to music, exploring new restaurants and outdoor activities.
