Garlene Guadrón, LPC, NCC, CCTP
School-Based Bilingual Clinical Therapist

Garlene is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of the Incarnate Word before earning her Master of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Garlene believes in reducing the stigma of mental health and the power of both animal assisted therapy and music. Garlene is passionate about working with those from Latin America and practicing meditation for all ages. Garlene provides predominantly bilingual counseling services to children and teens, adults of all ages, group therapy and family therapy. Her clinical focuses are acute and chronic trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and adjustment to life changes.

Garlene enjoys time with family, especially her dogs, and spending time in outdoors.
