Esme graduated with her Masters in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and is a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Intern. She has experience working as an intern therapist at Round Rock Baptist Children’s Home and volunteered with Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation as a grief group and sibling support group counselor. Presently, she volunteers with Hospice Austin’s grief group. Esme previously worked with a private elementary and middle school and as an academic counselor with university-aged students, helping them navigate first year college adjustments, selecting a major, and other academic challenges. Esme believes in the importance of providing a space where people can process through life challenges while finding their inner strength. She enjoys working with a diverse student population and their families. In her free time, Esme enjoys perusing Pinterest and drinking coffee on her back porch.
