Elizabeth Deanda, LCSW School-Based Bilingual Clinical Therapist
Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over ten years of experience working in the fields of trauma, abuse and neglect. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. Elizabeth has a passion for working with children of all ages and making quality mental health services available to them in Spanish. Her work as a therapist is driven by a strong belief that the best healing is done in connection, both to ourselves and others. Elizabeth draws upon different theories and modalities to find what feels most comfortable and beneficial to her clients. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, cooking and reading novels.
Vida Clinic specializes in school-based mental health and provides a range of services that include individual, family, and group counseling; teacher training and consultation groups; school-wide workshops and trauma-informed culture building.
