Courtney Johnson, LCSW School-Based Clinical Therapist
Courtney is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) originally from the state of Michigan and has both of Bachelor’s in Science (BS) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Courtney continued her training at the Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas in a two year post graduate fellowship program. Courtney’s clinical lens is relational as well as strength’s based, she believes everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. She is passionate about providing high quality services to empower children and families most at risk for victimization. In her free time Courtney enjoys being on the tennis court, with family and friends, or walking her dog.
Vida Clinic specializes in school-based mental health and provides a range of services that include individual, family, and group counseling; teacher training and consultation groups; school-wide workshops and trauma-informed culture building.
