Casey L. McKinney, a native of Houston, Texas and experienced private and public sector business development executive. As a 2018 candidate for the Texas Legislature, Dist. 46, she managed an ongoing political campaign, which included staff, budget and fund-raising initiatives while working closely with high profile elected officials and other federal, local and state political entities.
Ms. McKinney has a proven track record of success implementing positive and effective working relationships with local officials, regulatory bodies, community leaders, customers and other individuals and entities that affect and influence an organization’s business growth. A Texas- Veteran, Ms. McKinney served her country proudly in the United States Air Force and attended the University of Maryland, Global Campus with studies in Biology and Political Science. Casey is an honorary member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. of the Omicron Omega Chapter of Texas A & M University, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce – Ambassador of the Year and an active member with the National League of Business and Professional Women, Association of Female Texas Veterans and Women Professionals in Government. She enjoys traveling, golf, hiking, and her 5-year-old Himalayan cat – Zoey Blue. Ms. McKinney is an enthusiastic, innovative leader, businessperson and community advocate which makes her a compliment to any team.
