Ashely Ugulano is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with more than 7 years of experience working in schools, and within inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Ugulano studied psychology at the University of New Orleans before earning a master’s degree in Counseling at Loyola University of New Orleans. Ashely works primarily with teens and adults, offering individual, family, and group counseling services. She is passionate about mental and behavioral health. Ugulano believes that a safe and trusting relationship is the foundation for therapeutic work and uses a collaborative, strength-based approach with her clients. Her focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, social problems, and adjustment to life transitions. In her free-time, Ashely enjoys traveling, exploring her new city, spending time with friends and family, and cooking. She is a huge animal lover and is usually accompanied by her pup, Paddington.
