Anoosh Razian, LCSW
Anoosh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Anoosh has experience working with adults, children, and families in a variety of settings including schools and outpatient mental health settings over the last 7 years. Anoosh believes that everyone should have access to mental health services and is passionate about making those services accessible to all. She works to create a safe, non-judgmental space to build meaningful and lasting relationships with clients. Anoosh enjoys working with children and adolescents and the many systems that support them including family and school. Anoosh provides individual, group, and family counseling and meets clients with a collaborative and empathetic approach. In her work with clients, Anoosh incorporates different techniques, including play therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and strengths-based approach to meet each client’s individual needs. Her focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, social problems, and adjustment to life transitions. Anoosh enjoys the outdoors, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
