Aimee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who enjoys working with clients of all ages. She has extensive experience working with law enforcement where she completed mental health crisis assessments. In addition to her experience working with non-profit agencies doing individual, group and family therapy, she has also worked in private practice with children and adults, providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy. Aimee graduated from the University of North Texas with a master’s degree in counseling. Aimee’s focus in therapy is a combination of solution-focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and person-centered to meet the client and/or their families where they are in their lives. She is passionate about mental health and believes it is working with our mind, body, and spirit together that helps people to reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her 3 kids and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
